“Mr. LANDSMAN. Mr. Speaker, I rise today in honor of Elizabeth Anne Keys, a Cincinnatian who dedicated her life to giving back. She graduated from Madeira High School as valedictorian and was, as her principal described her, a natural leader. She then attended Tufts University, where she joined the sailing team and spent the next four years creating lifelong memories with her teammates, including running the Boston Marathon. While at Tufts, Elizabeth earned the Tufts Synergy Award for collaborating with students from various backgrounds, a commitment she continued through her service on boards dedicated to preserving diversity, equity, and inclusion programs. After graduating with a law degree from Georgetown, Elizabeth dedicated time to pro bono work, including representing plaintiffs in a federal case challenging an Arizona law that limited abortion care, a cause she was deeply passionate about. In 2023, Elizabeth was honored for her pro bono service by the D.C. Court of Appeals' Capital Pro Bono Honor Roll. On January 29, 2025, her 33rd birthday, Elizabeth tragically died when an Army helicopter collided with American Airlines flight 5342 over the Potomac River. We will remember Elizabeth for her dedication to improving the lives of those around her. ____________________”

“Mr. LANDSMAN. Mr. Speaker, due to travel delays, I was unfortunately unable to make votes. Had I been present, I would have voted YEA on Roll Call No. 49, and YEA on Roll Call No. 50. ____________________”
